missingWrote a review on Dec 28pleasant staffgreat breakfastcleanliness issuecommunication issues
While the staff was generally pleasant and the breakfast had great options, cleanliness was lacking with hair found in restrooms, and communication issues hindered our experience. A longer wait for towels and inconsistent housekeeping made things a bit frustrating, yet overall it was an acceptable stay.

Loved the location! The hot showers were heavenly, and the clean room was a treat. The complimentary drinks and snacks were like a cherry on top!
But, oh my, the parking situation was tighter than my grandmother's hug after a long absence.

The breakfast omelette was fantastic, like it had been crafted by a top chef, and the drinks kept us full - it was quite a hearty start to our day. Our bathroom was spotless and the bed was clean enough that I felt at ease getting comfortable at night, which is saying something for a hotel stay.
Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the quality of our stay it still felt acceptable.

During my stay, I found the hotel spacious and well-appointed, with beautiful decorations that provided a warm atmosphere. The staff were particularly helpful, making sure I felt comfortable and at home throughout my visit.
Signage for senior accessibility could be improved.

The hot, made-to-order omelets were a delicious start to each day, and the complimentary evening drinks were a great way to unwind after our adventures. The seasonal outdoor pool was perfect for the kids, and the sun terrace offered a nice spot for relaxation. The only downside was the tight parking garage, but it didn’t really ruin our fun! 😊

Spacious and Comfortable Room with Great Amenities
I had a lovely stay with a comfortable king suite that provided a great view of the city. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, and I really enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home throughout my visit. One downside was the long wait at check-in which could be improved.

missingWrote a review on Sept 09clean suitesdecent snackscooked breakfastnoisy renovations
The King Suite provided a clean and spacious retreat, offering a decent view from the upper floors. The complimentary evening reception featured decent snacks and the cooked-to-order breakfast allowed for a great start to the day.
Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, leading to a noisy environment from jackhammering that echoed throughout the building. The breakfast area felt makeshift, with plastic sheeting everywhere and limited seating options, making morning meals a bit of a squeeze. Additionally, there were issues with housekeeping not consistently addressing requests, leaving a feeling of neglect in certain areas of the suite. It detracted from what could have been a much better stay given the price point.

Everyone at the hotel was super nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great with a nice variety and the staff at the egg station were truly friendly.
It was quite pricey, but still within reason, given the amenities.

I booked a two-room suite but had to stay in a king suite for the first night. The front desk staff varied in helpfulness. one was quite rude initially, but another explained the situation and was very nice. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including made-to-order omelettes. The suite was spacious and offered nice city views. However, parking was confusing, and there were signs that made it hard to understand. On my first night, the bathrooms needed more attention. they didn’t feel clean enough. The shuttle drivers were fantastic, always offering help and really friendly. Overall, some staff interactions could be improved, especially communication regarding reservations and parking procedures.

missingWrote a review on Jul 14clean roomscomplimentary drinksgreat locationunprofessional phone handling
Staying here with my friends was a blast! The rooms were nice and clean with a great view. We loved visiting the Fox Theatre and World of Coca Cola. both were fun cultural highlights. The complimentary drinks and snacks made our stay even better. Just keep in mind the breakfast area can get busy.
On the downside, the phone calls before check-in were handled quite unprofessionally, leaving me feeling a bit frustrated. I expect better communication from a hotel in this price range.
